We are using these locally produced cheeses in our menu and are also able to supply them directly to you at the following prices.

 

 
  Barkham Blue
Made with Channel Island cow's milk, a firm, buttery, slightly open textured cheese with a natural mould ripened rustic rind.  It has a deep yellow moist interior spread with dark blue-green veins.  It can be matured for up to 10 weeks when it becomes richer and softer.

  Barkham Chase
Also made with Channel Island cow's milk, a soft blue veined cheese with a strong creamy taste and a smooth, moist texture.  It is firm to slice, melts in your mouth, becomes spreadable with age and has a distinct blue bite.

Two Hoots Cheese started in February 2003.  Located in Barkham, it is a small family business which prides itself on producing award winning quality hand made cheese.  The cheeses are made in the traditional way with pasteurised cow's milk.  They have distinctive creamy flavour and are made without the use of artificial ingredients.  The cheeses are totally natural products suitable for vegetarian and gluten free diets.
